Auditor Trainings for Certification Bodies (EN/ GER)
Target Audience: Interested Certification Bodies that want to coorporate with HORTICERT
Short Description: HORTICERT regularly offers auditor trainings, which introduce auditors to the HORTICERT certification system and its requirements. During the training, the auditors are prepared to conduct audits for the HORTICERT certification scheme. After completing the training, the auditor will receive a participation certificate which entitles them to conduct audits and issue certificates for the HORTICERT certification system.

Webinar – Introduction to the HORTICERT Certification System (EN)
Target Audience: Anyone interested in the HORTICERT certification system (NGOs, new system users, authorities, etc.)
Short Description: The Introduction to HORTICERT Certification System webinar will introduce you to the HORTICERT certification system in general, and provide essential insights on certification requirements, the certification process, the use of logos and claims, and associated costs for certification.
The webinar is held once per quarter in English. If there is enough interest, we’re happy to offer a German-language session upon request.

BVZ Oldenburg | MAY 2026
Short Description: HORTICERT will give a presentation on 5 May 2026 at the Ornamental Plant Consultants’ Conference organised by the Zentralverband Gartenbau e. V. (ZVG) and the Bundesverband Zierpflanzen (BVZ) in Oldenburg. The presentation focuses the sustainability of coconut-based alternatives to peat, as well as transparent information throughout the entire supply chain within the framework of HORTICERT.
